Greg has over 25 years of industrial leadership experience in manufacturing operations and customer support services in large and medium multinational organizations (Chemical, Food/Pharma, and Electronics). He has held the roles of Operations Manager, Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and Quality Manager. Managing $10 Million Budgets and Leading more than 70 associates.

Greg holds certifications in Quality Management and Six Sigma. He has a BS Chemistry degree and an MBA. He has worked in many parts of the Globe in addition to the United States of America: China, Taiwan, Korea, UK, France, Canada.

He holds a US Patent on a Coatings Manufacture Process: US 7,238,386 and has been published internationally for Coating System Performance.

As co-owner of Specialty Coatings, Camille brings more than 35 years of industrial experience in coatings formulation, testing, quality, application, customer service and business management. As a bench chemist she developed a unique splicing coating which was the industry standard for more than 20 years.

Based upon her passion for outstanding customer service and quality, her career progressed with a large multinational corporation ultimately to the position of Business Director with responsibility for all aspects of a $50 million coating business. Camille then continued her passion for service as Director of Customer Service, with responsibility for service execution for 10,000 contracts and $30 million in revenue.

Camille has a BS Chemistry, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She is the author of 2 books on coating technology, one on test methods and the other a basic primer. She also is a co-inventor on 2 US patents for coating chemistry (US 6,501,890) and coating manufacture processing (US 7,238,386).
